Project Location: Properties in Tukwila that are within a half -mile
walkshed of the Tukwila International Boulevard
Link Light Rail Station.
Project Description: This project proposes adoption of a Transit
Oriented Development Housing Action Plan that provides direction for
policies to increase density, promote community stabilization and anti
-displacement strategies, and improve infrastructure planning within
a half -mile walkshed of the Tukwila International Boulevard Link
Light Rail Station.
Your written comments on the project are requested and can be
mailed to Dept. of Community Development, 6300 Southcenter Blvd,
Suite 100, Tukwila WA 98188, or emailed to the project planner.
Comments must be received no later than July 28, 2021. To learn about the
project, request a copy of a decision, comment on the project, or learn
your appeal rights, contact the project planner listed above.
The project will be forwarded to the City Council for adoption this fall.
