The.temporary construction casement shall commence on
the date of this instrument and terminate on the date the
5 Av e. South improvements have been accepted by the City
of �'a'I.I;;;ai1a. Said easement shall be over, under, across, along, in
and upon the foci -owing described real estate:
Lot ;?C% Block C< Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Vol. 11 of Plats, Page 24, Records
of Ding County, Washington
During the period of this cascmcnt the City shall. have the
right of ingress and egress to and from the above described property
for the foregoing purposes.

to the plat thereof recorded in Vol. 11 of Plats, Page 24, Records
of Icing County, Washington
for and in consicleration of One Dollar($1.00) and the obligation of
the City of Tul::iila to readjust and /or replace in kind the e:.isting
driveway, walkway, stairway, rockery and retaining wall,
and other valuable considerations in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant an easement to the CITY OF
TUKWILA, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, to con-
struct and maintain upon the above described property; cut slopes
and fill slopes of 1 1 /2feet horizontally for each foot of elevation
of cut or fill. Such easement is for the purpose of providing and
maintaining lateral support for 5Rth Ave, South when improved to
the full width of the right of way in conformity with the existing
center Line grades, and there is rnserved to the Grantor(s),
heirs and assigns, the right to remove said slopes at any time upon
providing and maintaining other adcquate lateral support.
THIS AGREEMENT shall con; titutc a covenant running with
the land.
