The tempora -ry construction easement shall commence on
the date of this instrument and will terminate on the date the
58th Ave. South_ improvements have been accepted by the City
c I `i'ui- Iia. Said easement stall be over, under, across, along, in
and upon the following described real estate:
Lot 7 Block Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Vol.. 11 of Plats, Page 24, Records
of King County, Washington
During the period of this easement the City shall. have the
right of ingress and egress to and from the above described propert=y
for the foregoing purposes.

to the plat thereof recorded in Vol. 11 of Plats, Wage 24, Records
of King County, 1

for and in consideration of One Dollar($1.00) and the obligation of
the City of Tukwila to readjust and /or replace in kind the e-xisting
driveway, walkway, stairway, rockery and retaining laall,
and other valuable considerations in hand paid, the receipt of cahich
is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant an easement to the CITY OF
TUIN ILA, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, to con
str_uct and maintain upon the above described property; cut slopes
and fill slopes of 1 1 /2feet horizontally for each foot of elevation
of cut or fill. Such easement is for the purpose of providing and
maintaining lateral support for 58th Ave_ `mouth when improved to
the full width of the right of way in conformity with the e..i.sting
center line grades, and there is reserved to the Grantors)
heirs and assigns, the right to remove said lopes at any time upon
providing and maintaining other adequate lateral support.
THIS AGREEMENT shall. cozistitute a covenant running with
the land.
