to the plat thereof recorded in Vol. 11 of Plats, Page 24, Records
of King County, Washington
During the period of this eascmcnt: the CI-ty shall have the

for the foregoing purposes.

for and in consideration of One Dollar($1.00) and the obligation of

driveway, walkway, stairway, rockery and retaining wall,
and other valuable considerations in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant an easement to the CITY OF

struct and maintain upon the above descr.ihd property; cut slopes

of cut or fill. Such easement is for the purpose of providing and
