SEPA determination for amendments to the City of Tukwila Zoning Code
codified in Title 18 of the City of Tukwila Municipal Code (TMC) to
bring the Wireless Communication Facilities chapter into compliance with
FCC regulations for small cell wireless facilities.
A copy of the SEPA Checklist for the above proposal may be obtained
from the Tukwila Planning Division by calling 206-431-3670, or by
accessing the Dept. of Ecology SEPA Register. Written comments on the
SEPA Checklist and this Notice of Application must be received by 5 p.m.
on August 3, 2021 at: City of Tukwila, DCD, Suite 100, 6300 Southcenter
Blvd, Tukwila, WA 98188; or by contacting the project planner Nora
