tion of King County, Washington, herein called "Grantee."
WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor(s) for and in consideration of the sum of

of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant unto
the Grantee a temporary right -of -way or easement to be used only
during construction of utilities on adjacent property, said temporary
easement to cease and determine upon acceptance of the utilities
for maintenance and operation by the Grantee. The said temporary
right -of -way or easement shall be through and across the following
described property situated in King County, Washington, more
particularly described as follows:
This Utility Easement is through Lot 11 of Summit View Addition
to Tukwila as recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 68, Records of
King County, Washington.
This temporary construction easement consists of a 10 foot
strip described as the Westerly 10 feet of the Southerly 50 feet
of said Lot 11.
