E A S E M E N T
THIS AGREEMENT made this day of ,1968, by and be-
tween the CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal cordoratfon of King County,
Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee" and
PAUL JONIENTZ and LORRAINE JONIENTZ, his wife, hereinafter termed
"Grantor."
That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does by these pre-
sents grant unto the Grantee a slope easement with the right to make
all necessary slopes upon the abutting property for cuts and fills and
drainage facilities as may be required in the construction of roadway
improvements on South 178th Street.

The slope easement is described as follows:
That portion of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 35, Twp. 23
North, Range 4 East W.M., described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said subdivision; thence North
87 °50'57" West along the South line thereof 749.93 ft.; thence North
2 °09'03" East 91.58 ft. to the true point of beginning; thence North
7 °13'31" West 60.00 ft.; thence North 81 °27'13" East 10.00 ft.; thence
Southerly along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 208.74
ft., the radial point of which bears South 81 °27'13" West, through a
central angle of 6 °17'25" an arc distance of 22.92 ft.; thence along the
arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 173.24 ft., through a
central angle of 11 °58'08 an arc distance of 36.19 ft.; thence South
75 °46'30" West 10.00 ft. to the true going of beginning.
That said Grantee shall have the right without prior institution of
any suit or proceeding at law, at times as may be necessary, to enter
upon said easement without incurring any legal obligation or liability
therefor.
This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall
be binding on the successors, heirs, and assigns of both parties hereto.
