PURPOSE:
alignment with recent FCC regulations for small wireless communication
facilities. These regulations include the presumptively reasonable review
timelines, fee thresholds, and design and aesthetic requirements. The
Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed
amendments and make recommendations to the City Council for review
and adoption.
