EASEMENT
THIS AGREEOLNT made this 12th day of April
-19 68, by and between the CITY OP TUKWILA,a municipal corporation
of Ring County, Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee" and
Stanley N. Trustee
hereinafter termed "Grantor",
WITNESSETH:

That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does

or easement for utility mains and lines with the necessary appur-
tenances through, over, and across the following described proper-
ty situated in Ring County, Washington, more particularly described
A fifteen foot wide strip of land in Government Lot 1, Section 35
Township 23 North, Range 4 East W.M., lying sottherly of and adjacent
to the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Government Lot 1,
South 1°19'01" West 1355.63 ft. from the Northeast corner thereof;
thence along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 336.30
feet, the radial point of which bears North 2°47'57" East through a
central angle of 9°57'31" an arc distance of 58.45 ft. to a point
on the Southerly margin of South 180th Street.
The Southerly line of this easement shall be extended so it shall
terminate on the Southerly margin of S. 180th Street.
to enter upon said property for the purpose
of constructing, repairing, altering or re-
constructing utility lines or mains or making
any connections therewith, without incurring
any legal obligation or liability there-
fore, provided that such constructing, re-
pairing, altering or reconstructing of such
utility lines or mains shall be accomplished
in such a manner that the fences, lawn,
shrubbery, drives and, wz'llkw.ys and land

ha3I not be disturbed or destr'oved, or
in the event that they are disturbed or
destroyed, they will be cepiFlod in as
good a conditiori as the were ill

the Grantee.
The Grantor shall retain the right to use
the ou7alace of said easeyntnt, so long as
said use does not interfere with the in-
stallation and maintenanc of the utility
lines or mains _@nd so long as no buildings
or structures are erected on said easement.
This easemnt shall be a covennt: running
