Project Description: After -the -fact SEPA review of storm drainage
improvements on East Marginal Way S. Tukwila has reviewed the
project for probable adverse environmental impacts and expects to
issue a determination of non -significance (DNS). The optional DNS
process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. There will be a single
integrated comment period for the project so this may be your
only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the
project. If timely comments do not identify probable significant
adverse impacts that were not considered by the anticipated deter-
mination the DNS will be issued without a second comment period.
Comments and Appeals: Your written comments on the project are requested and can be delivered by email to
Jaimie.Reavis@TukwilaWA.gov or to the Department of Community Development, 6300 Southcenter Blvd, Suite 100, Tukwila
WA 98188. Comments must be received by 5:OOp.m. on September 9, 2021. You may request a copy of any decision, infor-
mation on hearings, and your appeal rights by contacting the project planner listed above.
