and between the CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation

V, of King County, Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee" and
Herman Sehoenbaehler and Ruth Schoenbachler his rife
hereinafter termed "Grantor",

That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does
by these presents grant into the Grantee a perpetual right -of -way
or easement for utility rains and lines with the necessary appur-
tenances through, over, and across the following described proper
ty situated in King County, Washington, more particularly described
as follows:
A 15 -foot wide strip of land with 7.5 feet on each side of the follow-
ing described centerline:
Co tmencing at a point on the North -South centerline of Section 35,
Township 23 North, Range 4 East W'.M., said point being South 1 °19'35"
West 43.50 ft. from the Northeast corner of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4
of said Section
Thence North 88'54'46" West 35.71 ft. to a point of curvature; hence
along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 42.5 ft. through
a central angle of 81 °00'30" an arc distance of 60.09 ft. to the terminal
point of this description, said point being 7.5 ft. Easterly of the
East margin of 57th Avenue South;
Said Grantee shall have the right, without
prior institution of any suit or proceeding
at law, at such times as may be necessary
to enter upon said property for the purpose
oE constructing, repairing, altering or re-
constructing utility lines or mains or making
any connections therewith, without incurring
any legal obligation or liability there-
fore, provided that such constructing, re-
pairing,. altering or reconstructing of such
utility lines or mains shall be accomplished

shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or
they disturbed r

destroyed, they will be replaced in as

The Grantor shall retain the right to use
the sup sa ce of said easement, so long as
said use does not interfere with the in-°
