HomeMy WebLinkAbout1968 - Easement - Schoenbachler Herman / Schoenbachler Ruth - 634385834858 E A S E M E N T 4 THIS AGREEMENT made this 10th day of aril glit and between the CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation 196$ by V, of King County, Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee" and Herman Sehoenbaehler and Ruth Schoenbachler his rife hereinafter termed "Grantor", 5083 561 That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does by these presents grant into the Grantee a perpetual right -of -way or easement for utility rains and lines with the necessary appur- tenances through, over, and across the following described proper ty situated in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows: A 15 -foot wide strip of land with 7.5 feet on each side of the follow- ing described centerline: Co tmencing at a point on the North -South centerline of Section 35, Township 23 North, Range 4 East W'.M., said point being South 1 °19'35" West 43.50 ft. from the Northeast corner of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section Thence North 88'54'46" West 35.71 ft. to a point of curvature; hence along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 42.5 ft. through a central angle of 81 °00'30" an arc distance of 60.09 ft. to the terminal point of this description, said point being 7.5 ft.
