The 42nd Ave S Bridge is an important arterial

built in 1949, is reaching the end of its design

collected information will be part of the official
Type, Size, and Location Report; the first step in
designing the new bridge.
You can help us choose the look of the new
bridge by participating in a Gallery of Designs
survey. There are two ways to participate - in-
person and online!
In-Person Opportunity:

Wednesday, September 15 5:30pm to 7:00pm
Tukwila Community Center Social Hall
During these hours you can drop in anytime to
view displays of the choices and make your
selections. Staff will be available to answer
questions. There is no formal program at this
event.
Online Method:
The Gallery of Design Options is also available
online, at TukwilaWA.gov/BridgeChoices.
You can look over the choices and make your
selections online through Thursday, September
30.The online version is available in multiple
languages.

Weekly vaccine events at Sullivan
Community Center from Sept. 1 to Oct. 27
Global to Local in partnership with Public Health Seattle & King County is
organizing weekly vaccine events (Every Wednesday) from 3pm to 6pm at the
Sullivan Community Center in Tukwila from 1st September to 27th October.
All three vaccines types are available for walk in vaccination.
King County Metro's Via to Transit service
expands to the Tukwila Community Center
Get a van ride for the cost of a Metro bus ride! Take advantage of Via to
The Tukwila Community Center is now a pick up and drop off point in
addition to the Link Light Rail Station.
For the same cost as bus fare, you can take an on-demand ride to several
transit and community centers in the area including: Othello, Rainier
Beach, and Tukwilla Light Rail Stations, Renton Transit Center, Kubota
Garden, Skyway Library, Renton Highlands Library, Tukwila's Community
Center and more.
This service is offered Monday Saturday 5 AM to 1 AM, and Sunday from 6
AM to 12 AM. Request your ride on the Via to Transit app or call 206-587-
