SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a Special Meeting on
Monday, September 13, 2021 directly following the Committee of the Whole meeting, which
starts at 7:00 p.m. at the following telephone number for the public to participate in the meeting:

The meeting will not be conducted at Tukwila City Hall, based on the Governor's Proclamation
20-28 adopted March 24, 2020 which says in part:
Any public agency, subject to RCW 42.30, is prohibited from conducting any meeting,
subject to RCW 42.30 unless (a) the meeting is not conducted in-person and instead
provides an option(s) for the public to attend the proceedings through, at minimum,
telephonic access, ..."
SPECIAL MEETING
1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
2. CONSENT AGENDA
a. Approval of Minutes: 8/16/21 (Regular Mtg.); 8/23/21 (Special Mtg.)
b. Approval of Vouchers
c. Authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with the Washington State Department of
Transportation (WSDOT) for the Riverton Creek Flapgate Removal Project in the amount of
$150,000.00.

3. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Approve an additional .25 in funding to bring the current .75 position to 1 full-time
employee (FTE) in the Municipal Court for the Court Support Case Manager.

5. EXECUTIVE SESSION — Collective Bargaining — Pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(4)(b).
