The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as follows:
Section 1: The Tukwila Comprehensive Land Use Plan, tracts
9 and 10, Brookvale Garden tracts is hereby modified and changed as
shown on the attached map from R -3 to R.M.H. and
Section 2: Tracts 9 and 10, Brookvale Garden tracts is here-
by rezoned from an R -3 use district to an R.M.H. use district.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file this
Ordinance and map with the King County Auditor as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila this 6th
An Ordinance amending the City of Tukwila Comprehensive
Plan, amending City of Tukwila Ordinance No. 251, and rezoning pro-
perty from R-3 to R.M.H.
WHEREAS the City Planning Commission and the City Council
have both held public hearings pursuant to City of Tukwila Ordinance
No. 251 as amended, to consider a change in the Tukwila Comprehensive
Land Use Plan for tracts 9 and 10, Brookvale Garden tracts from use
R -3 to use R.M.H. and both bodies having recommended that said changes
day of December, 1965.
