MINUTES
Mayor Van Dusen called the Special Meeting of the Tukwila City
Council to order.
L. C. BOHRER, MABEL J. HARRIS, DORIS E. PHELPS (COUNCIL PRESIDENT),
JOE H. DUFFIE, EDGAR D. BAUCH, CHARLES E. SIMPSON.
Maxine Anderson (City Clerk), Alan Doerschel (Finance Director),
Dennis Hidell (Legislative Coordinator), Larry Martin (City Attorney),
Don Morrison (City Administrator), Byron Sneva (Public Works
Director).
Byron Sneva, Public Works Director, described the project and stated
the low bid was $79,244, which included Alternate B and Al.
MOVED BY HARRIS, SECONDED BY PHELPS, THAT THE BID AWARD ON THE
ANDOVER PARK EAST STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT BE TO U.D.L. INC.,
THE LOW BIDDER, WHICH INCLUDES ALTERNATE B AND Al. MOTION
CARRIED.
MOVED BY PHELPS, SECONDED BY DUFFIE, THAT THE PROPOSED RESOLUTION
BE READ BY TITLE ONLY. MOTION CARRIED.
Larry Martin, City Attorney, read a resolution of the City Council
of the City of Tukwila, Washington, approving the issuance of
revenue bonds of the King County Economic Enterprise Corporation
pursuant to RCW 39.84.060 by title only.
MOVED BY PHELPS, SECONDED BY BAUCH, THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ACCEPTED
AS READ. MOTION CARRIED.
MOVED BY PHELPS, SECONDED BY HARRIS, THAT THE TUKWILA CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING ADJOURN. MOTION CARRIED.
