HomeMy WebLinkAbout1968 - Easement - Schoenbachler Herman / Schoenbachler Ruth - 63438746343 r 7'1 E A S E M E N T THIS AGREEMENT made this 10th day of April 19 68, by and between the CITY OF TUKWITa, a municipal corporation ii of King County, Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee" and Herman Schoenbachler and Ruth Schoenbachler his wife hereinafter termed "Grantor", WITNESSETU: That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does by these presents grant nto the Grantee a perpetual right -of -way or easement for utility mains and lines with the necessary appur- tenances through, over, and across the following described proper- ty situated in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows: That portion of Parcel "A" that lies within the Southerly 15 feet of the Northerly 51 feet of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 35, Twp. 23 North, Range 4 East W.M., as measured at right angles to the North line of said Subdivision. Description of Parcel "A" That portion of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 35, Twp. 23 North, Range 4 East W.M., in King County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Siff 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Sec. 35; thence along the North line thereof South 88 °54'46" East 247.29_ ft.; thence South 5°51'40" East 142.26 ft.; thence South 54'52'45" West 203.79 ft.; thence South 29 °26'45" West 159.30 ft.; thence South 86 °58' 00" West 103.75 ft.; thence South 58 °20'50" West 100.50 ft. to a point on the center of the road; thence following the center line of said road North 8 °43'18" East 467.77 ft. to a point on the north line of the SE 1/4 of the N['T 1/4 of said Section from which the Northeast corner thereof bears South 88 °53'32" East 101.47 ft.; thence South 88 °53'32" East 101.47 ft. to the point of beginning..
