KASPERSON, TRUSTEE T. hereinafter termed "Grantor WITNESSE H That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does by these presents grant Into the Grantee a perpetual right -of -way or easement for utility mains and lines with the necessary appur- tenances through, over, and across the following described proper- ty situated in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows: A 15 -foot strip of land with 7 -1/2 feet on each side of the following described centerline: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Government Lot 4 (formerly called Government Lot 3) in Section 36, Township 23 North, Range 4 East W.M.; thence South 0 °01138" West along the West line of said Government Lot 4 a distance of 43.50 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 88 °24'46" East 700 ft. more or less, to the Easterly limits of said Government Lot 4.and the terminal point of this description. Said Grantee shall have the right, without prior institution of any suit or proceeding' at law, at such times as may be necessary to enter upon said property for the purpose of constructing, repairing, altering or re- constructing utility lines or mains or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligation or liability there- fore, provided that such constructing, re- pairing, altering or reconstructing of such utility lines or mains shall be accomplished in such a manner that the fences, lawn, shrubbery, drives and walkways and land contours existing in the right shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or in the event that they are disturbed or destroyed, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
