AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL BUDGETED FUNDS AND REV-
ENUES FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AT 53RD AVE.
SO., 166TH 170TH AND DECREASING BUDGETED FUNDS
AND REVENUES FOR THE GRADY WAY BRIDGE REPLACEMENT
AND AMENDING THE 1983 BUDGET AS ADOPTED BY ORDI-
NANCE NO. 1285.
WHEREAS, the City wishes to increase the scope of work on the
53rd Ave. So., 166th 170th Street Improvement Project, and
WHEREAS, the Grady Way Bridge Replacement is behind schedule
and budget transfers are available, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to transfer local Retail Sales and
Use Tax revenue from the Arterial Street Fund to the Street Fund, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, wish to have a correct and accurate budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The 1983 budget of the City of Tukwila as adopted by
Ordinance No. 1285 is hereby amended to include the
following:
REVENUE
Street Fund 103 313 100 Local Retail Sales $117,000
Use Tax
Arterial Street Fund 104 313 100 Local Retail Sales
Use Tax ($117,000)
EXPENDITURES
Street Fund 103/01 541 300 63 54 $117,000
Street Improvement Project, 53rd Ave. So.,160th -170th
Arterial Street Fund 104/00 541 500 63 02 ($117,000)
Grady Way Bridge Replacement
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this /n/ day of 1983.
In accordance with R/ C.V!. 35A.12.130, Mayor
Van Dusen has elected to allow this ordinance
to become valid without his approval.
