The Northeasterly 10 ft. measured at right angles to the
Southwesterly margin of Interurban Avenue South within the following
described property:
That portion of the Interurban Addition to Seattle as recorded
in Vol. 10 of Plats, Page 55, Records of King County, Washington,
and that portion of vacated River St. lying within said addition,
in Sec. 23, Twp. 23 North, Range 4 East W.M., described as follows:
Commencing at a P.I. monument in Secondary State Highway 5 -M
with a given stationing of 95 +27.35; thence Southeasterly along the
center line of said State Highway (commonly known as Interurban Ave.)
and its projection through said F.I. monument, 1488.60 feet; thence
Southwesterly at right angles to said center line, 30.00 feet to a
point on the Westerly margin of Interurban Avenue, said point being
approximately 220 ft. South of the intersection of the Southerly
margin of South 149th St. and the Westerly margin of Interurban
Avenue and the true point of beginning; thence Southeasterly along
the Westerly margin of Interurban Avenue, 150.00 feet; thence South-
westerly, at right angles to said margin, 150.00 feet; thence North-
westerly, parallel to said Westerly margin of Interurban Avenue,
150.00 feet; thence Northeasterly 150.00 feet to the true point of
beginning.
