HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966 - Easement for Utility Lines - Southcenter Corporation - 5999600L GWMcBjag 3/1/66 EASEMENT FOR UTILITY LINES The Grantor, Southcenter Corporation, a Washington corporation, for and in consideration of One Dollar (1.00) in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila, Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors and assigns, a ten-foot easement and right-of-way over, through, under, across, upon and in the following described real property situated in King County, Washington, to-wit:_ The West 10 feet of the East 40 feet of the South 406.49 feet of the South- west quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 23, Township 23 North, Range 4 East W.M., and The West 10 feet of the East 40 feet of the Northwest quarter of the North- east quarter of Section 26, Township 23, Range 4 East W.M., EXCEPT portions thereof previously deeded for road purposes; for the construction, operation, maintenance and/or repair and/or replacement of utility lines for water, sewer, power, telephone, and telegraph, together with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right-of-way for all purposes necessary and related thereto. Such construction, operation, maintenance and/or repair and/or replacement of said lines shall be accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements from time to time existing within the right-of-way shall not be disturbed nor destroyed, or in the event that they are disturbed or destroyed, they should be replaced in as good condition as they were immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee. The aforementioned easement shall be a non-exclusive easement.
