Commencing at a P.I. monument in Secondary State Highway No. 5 -M

CD Southwesterly at right angles to said center line, 30.00 feet to a
point on the Westerly margin of Interurban Avenue, said point being

margin of South 149th St. and the Westerly margin of Interurban
Avenue and the true point of beginning; thence Southeasterly along
the Westerly margin of Interurban Avenue, 150.00 feet; thence South-
westerly, at right angles to said margin, 150.00 feet; thence North-
westerly, parallel to said Westerly margin of Interurban Avenue, 150.00
feet; thenee Northeasterly 150.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
