ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA FIXING THE AMOUNT
PLC, I OF COMPENSATION FOR THE POSITION OF MAYOR, AND REPEAL
�63 ING PART OF ORDINANCE NO.1102
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, do ordain as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of RCW 35A.12.070,
the person holding the position of mayor shall be
compensated commencing with January 1, 1984, at the rate
of $1,133 per month.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 1102, Section 2, is hereby
repealed.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington at a Regular Meeting thereof this jF3 �2 day of
July 1983.
In accordance with R.C.W. 35A.12.130, Mayor
Van Dusen has elected to allow this ordinance to
become valid without his approval.
