RESTRICTIVE COVENANT
THIS RESTRICTIVE COVENANT is dated as of the day of 19
and is executed by Mr. Rod/ Kendall "Declarant The Declarant
states as follows:
1. Legal Description of Property. The Declarant warrants that they are
the sole owners of that certain real property located in the city of Tukwila
and legally described as:

2. Acknowledoement of Condition of Subject Property. The Declarant
acknowledges that the condition of the Subject Property is potentially unstable

For the benefit of the City and other neighboring property owners, the.Declarant
warrants that any development of the Subject Property will be subject to the
restrictions and conditions contained herein.
