FORSYTH QD un hereinafter termed "Grantor rr WITNESSETH: eaS That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does by these presents grant into the Grantee a perpetual right -of -way or easement for utility mains and lines with the necessary appur- tenances through, over, and across the following described proper- ty situated in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows: A fifteen foot wide strip of land described as the West 15 feet of the East 21 feet of the following described tract. That portion of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 26, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., described as follows: Beginning on the West line 260 feet North of the SW corner; thence South 87 °45'57" East 778.39 feet to the intersection with West margin of 57th Avenue S.; thence Northwesterly along the West margin of 57th Avenue S. 564.36 feet to point of curve; thence along curve to right 225.87 feet to point of tangency; thence North 86 °30'55" West 83.88 feet; thence South 76 °47'13" West 130.27; thence South 64 °13'58" West 181.90 feet; thence 1 .1South 76 °18'46" West 50.90 feet; thence South 40 °10'04" West 00 75.97 feet; thence South 85 °08'34" West 160.64 feet to point QD on West line of subdivision; thence South 0 0 50'36" West 550.01 to point of beginning, Less South 500 feet as measured along West line thereof. any legal obligation or liability there fore, provided that such constructing, re- pairing, altering or reconstructing of such utility lines or mains shall be accomplished in such a manner that the fences, lawn, shrubbery, drives and walkways and land contours existing in the right -of -way shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or in the event that they are disturbed or destroyed, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee. The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of said easement, so long as said use does not interfere with the in- stallation and maintenance of the utility lines or mains and so long as no buildings or structures are erected on said easement.
