SMITH an EASEMENT for INGRESS, EGP.ESS, and UTILITIES for the benefit of Lots 2 and 4 of Short Plat l,c. 83 -17 -SS as more fully described above, over and upon Lots 1 anc 3 of Short Plat No. 83 -17 -SS as more fully described above a:, and to replace vacated South 152nd Street described as: A portion of Tracts 37 and 38, Brookvale LO Garden Tracts, as recorded in Volume 10 of plats, page 47, records of King County, Washington; TOGETHER WITH the unplatted strip adjoining on the east, consisting of a 50 foot strip of land the centerline of which is described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerline of South 152nd Street with the centerline of 57th Avenue South, from which point the centerline of 57th Avenue South bears due north; thence north 87 0 20'00" east, 484 feet to the terminus of said centerline, less any portion thereof, if any, lying within 57th Avenue South. In exercising the rights herein granted, the Grantee, their successors and assigns, may pass and repass over said easement and may cut and remove brush, trees and other obstructions which in the opinion of the Grantee interferes with said easement.
