and UTILITIES for the benefit of Lots 2 and 4 of Short Plat l,c.
83 -17 -SS as more fully described above, over and upon Lots 1 anc
3 of Short Plat No. 83 -17 -SS as more fully described above a:,
and to replace vacated South 152nd Street described as:
A portion of Tracts 37 and 38, Brookvale
LO Garden Tracts, as recorded in Volume 10
of plats, page 47, records of King County,
Washington; TOGETHER WITH the unplatted
strip adjoining on the east, consisting
of a 50 foot strip of land the centerline
of which is described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the
centerline of South 152nd Street with the
centerline of 57th Avenue South, from
which point the centerline of 57th Avenue
South bears due north; thence north 87 0 20'00"
east, 484 feet to the terminus of said
centerline, less any portion thereof, if
any, lying within 57th Avenue South.
The Grantor shall make no use of the Iand occupied by said
easement for roadway and utilities, except for their own ingress,
egress, and utilities.
In exercising the rights herein granted, the Grantee, their
successors and assigns, may pass and repass over said easement
and may cut and remove brush, trees and other obstructions which
in the opinion of the Grantee interferes with said easement.
EASEMENT 2. Grantor HAMPTON HEIGHTS ASSOCIATES LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP, a Washington Limited Partnerhip, as owner of Lot 1
of Short Plat 83 -17 -SS as more fully described above grants to
GRAYDON E. SMITH and MARLYS M. SMITH, husband and wife a WATER
MAIN EASEMENT over said Lot i and for the benefit of Lot 2 of
said short plot as located below. Said easement shall be for
water main purposes including an easement to construct and lay a
water main within the following described area:
A strip of land 10 feet in width in Tract
37, Brookvale Garden Tracts, as recorded
in Volume 10 of plats, page 47, records
of King County, Washington, and in S. 152nd
St. as platted therein, with the centerline
of said 10 foot strip described as follows:
Beginning at a' point on the centerline of
57th Ave. S. which lies 30.03 feet south of
its intersection with the centerline of
S. 152nd St. as defined in said plat, thence
north 87 east 413.5 feet to the terminus
of said centerline on the west line of Lot 2,

3, and Lot 2 respectively, of Short Plat No. 63 17 -SS, as more
fully described above Grant a reciprocal SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
over existing lines for the benefit of said Lots 1, 2 and 3
located within the following described area:
A 10 foot strip of land in Lots 1, 2 and 3,
Tukwila Short Plat No. 83 -17 -SS as shown
In Auditor's File Recording No. 8312210348,
with a centerline described as follows:
Beginning at a point which lies 5 feet
northerly of an existing sanitary sewer
manhole which lines in said Lot 3
approximately 14 feet north and 46 feet
west of the southeast corner thereof,
thence southerly and easterly through
the center of said sewer manhole and
continuing southerly and easterly in a
straight line to an intersection with the

Auditor's File Recording No. 8312210348, with
a centerline described as follows:
Beginning at a point which lies 5 feet
northerly of existing catch basin which lies
in Lot 3 approximatly 6 feet north and 83
feet west of the southeast corner thereof,
thence southerly and easterly through the
center of said catch basin and continuing
southerly and easterly in a straight line
