ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED FUNDS FOR THE COMPLETION
OF A PARK AND OPEN SPACE PLAN, AND A CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PLAN FOR FOSTER GOLF LINKS AND
AMENDING THE 1983 BUDGET AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 1285.
WHEREAS, the Land Acquisition Building and Development Fund
has a larger than anticipated Estimated Beginning Unreserved Fund Balance, and
WHEREAS, the Golf Course Special Revenue Fund has a larger
than anticipated Estimated Beginning Unreserved Fund Balance, and
WHEREAS, the City's 1983 Housing and Community Development
Population Grant allotment is larger than anticipated, and
WHEREAS, funds remain from previously completed Block Grant
projects and may be reassigned to qualified projects, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has a desire to complete in 1983
a Park and Open Space Plan and a Capital Improvement Project Plan for Foster
Golf Links.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Add to the existing 1983 Budget these revenues:

Development Fund

Park Open Space Study)
301 333 150 (Block Grant 1979 $1,283
1981 Park Open Space

Add to the existing 1983 Budget these expenditures:
