SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
This Easement is made this ,5�11k day of November, 1979, by the
undersigned (hereinafter together called "Grantors for the benefit of
certain real property hereinafter described, as follows:
1. Benefitted Property. This easement is made for the benefit of
and shall be appurtenant to the following described property located in
King County, Washington:
That portion of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter
of Section 26, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in the
City of Tukwila, King County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said southeast quarter of
the southwest quarter of Section 26;
Thence North 87 °45'57" West along the south line of said south-
east quarter of the southwest quarter a distance of 481.05 feet
to the west margin. of Southcenter Parkway;
Thence North 11 0 59'33" West along said west margin a distance of
830.58 feet;
Thence continuing along said west margin along a curve to the
right having a radius of 991.37 feet an arc distance of 227.28
feet through a central angle of 13 °08'08
Thence North 01 1 08 1 35" East along said west margin a distance
of 74.95 feet to the true point of beginning;

2. Easement Property. This easement shall be over, across and through
the following described property:
That portion of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter
of Section 26, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King
CV County, Washington, lying within a strip of land 10 feet in
width, having 5 feet of said width on each side of the following

terminus of this easement.
3. Purpose. This easement is created for underground utility purposes,
including the installation, maintenance and repair of sanitary sewer lines
and appurtenances thereto.
4. Reservation by Grantors. Grantors reserve all of their respective
rights, whether now existing or hereafter acquired, to use the surface
of said easement property for any purpose which does not interfere with
the purposes for which this easement is created.
