WN- SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT t I .�oo This Easement is made this F� day of November, 1979, by the undersigned (hereinafter called "Grantor for the benefit of certain real property hereinafter described, as follows: 1. Benefitted Property. This easement is made for the benefit of and shall be appurtenant to the following described property located in King County, Washington: That portion of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 26, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 26; Thence North 87 °45'57" West along the south line of said south- east quarter of the soughwest quarter a distance of 481.05 feet to the west margin of Southcenter Parkway; Thence North 11 0 59'33" West along said west margin a distance of 680.36 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing North 11 0 59'33" West 150.22 feet; Thence continuing northerly along said west margin on a curve to the right, having a radius of 991.37 feet, through a central angle of 07 °44'59 an arc distance of 134.09 feet; Thence North 88 0 51'25" West 191.00 feet; Thence South 11 0 59'33" East 284.61 feet; Thence South 88 °25'36" East 182.02 feet to the true point of beginning. 2. Easement Property. This easement is created for underground utility purposes, including the installation, maintenance and repair of sanitary sewer lines and appurtenances thereto. 4. Reservation by Grantor. Grantor reserves all of its rights, whether now existing or hereafter acquired, to use the surface of said easement property for any purpose which does not interfere with the purposes for which this easement is created.
