ORDINANCE NO. 1280
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED FUNDS FOR ADDITIONAL
ATTORNEY'S FEES AND AMENDING THE 1982 BUDGET AS
ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1241.
WHEREAS, the City required additional legal fees not contem-
plated when adopting the 1982 Budget, and
WHEREAS, the Current Fund has unanticipated funds in 1982 for
interfund charges for services, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council wish to have a correct and
accurate budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The 1982 Budget of the City of Tukwila, as adopted by Ordinance
No. 1241, is hereby amended to include the following:
REVENUE
Current Fund 000 348 000 Interfund Charges $55,000
for Services
EXPENDITURE
Current Fund 000 06 515 200 41 City Attorney $55,000
Professional Services
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
