ORDINANCE NO. I-\
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
INCREASING THE CITY METRO RATE, AMENDING ORDI-
NANCE NO. 934, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1242.
WHEREAS, Metro notified the City of an increase in Metro
sewer rates pursuant to the agreement between Metro and the City, and
WHEREAS, the new Metro sewer charges will be in effect January
1, 1983.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 934, Section 2 and Tukwila
Municipal. Code 14.16.065 each be amended to read as follows:
14.16.065 City Metro Rate. The City Metro charges as pro-
vided for in Section 14.16.060 and as required by the Agreement for
Sewage Disposal between the municipality of metropolitan of Seattle
and the City of Tukwila is set at the sum of Fear- Bellafs- and- N4Rety
F4ae- Gepts -44 7964 Five Dollars and Eighty Five Cents ($5.85) per resi-
dential customer and per residential customer equivalents.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 1242 is hereby repealed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this day of 1982.
