ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE 1982 BUDGET TO COVER UNDER BUDGETED
SALARIES AND WAGES IN THE MUNICIPAL COURT.
WHEREAS, in the 1982 Budget the in -court time for the judges was
estimated at 500 hours, and
WHEREAS, through August 393 hours have been used making it neces-
sary to appropriate additional funds for the remainder of the year, and
WHEREAS, the part time Court Clerk has quit and the position is
being filled by a temporary employee, and
WHEREAS, scheduling and work load problems have made it necessary
to have that employee full time at a Grade 12 wage.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The 1982 Budget of the City of.Tukwila, as adopted by
Ordinance No. 1241 is hereby amended as follows:
