ORDINANCE NO. 1269
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKaILA, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 989, SECTION 1 RELATING
TO ADOPTION OF CERTAIN CRIMINAL STATUTES.
NOW, TFT REE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. Ordinance No. 989, Section 1 and Section 8.04.005(a)
of the Tukwila Municipal Code are hereby amended to read as follows:
8.04.005 "Criminal Acts. (a) The following statutes of the
state, together with the statutory definitions of
the words and phrases referenced thereto, are
adopted by reference:

2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five
(5) days after its passage, approval and legal publication.
