ORDINANCE NO. 112 6
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE 1982 BUDGET AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 1241 TO TRANSFER FUNDS FOR REPAIR OF THE FIRE
STATION ROOF.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila desires to repair the roof at
Fire Station 51, and
WHEREAS, because of the emergency nature necessary for con-
tinued use of the Fire Station, funds are being transferred from
the Contingency Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The 1982 budget of the City of Tukwila, as adopted by
Ordinance No. 1241 is hereby amended to include the fol-
lowing:

EXPENDITURES
000 13 519 510 48 Repairs and Maintenance 16,000

at a regular meeting thereof this day of 1982.
