ORBINANCE No, 1263
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE 1982 BUDGET AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 1241 TO APPROPRIATE UNANTICIPATED REVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila is desirous of developing
park and open space property within the City, and
WHEREAS, there are monies available for such purposes
under the King County Forward Thrust Program, and
WHEREAS, King County has indicated its willingness to make
$70,000 available to the City of Tukwila, and the City is willing to
accept such monies from the County.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The 1982 annual budget of the City of Tukwila, as adopted
by Ordinance No. 1241 is hereby amended to include the following:

Expenditures
301 575 102 63 Old City Hall Park $17,615
301 575 103 63 McMicken Park $52,385
