Correction Answer for Building Department 1. The above referenced tenant, Consumer Opinion Services, will be using this suite as a professional office to research consumer opinions on products for their Corporate Clients. The Corporate Client provides the item to be researched by a fixed number of consumers. The product to be provided an opinion on by Atlanta Charlotte Las Vegas Mt Laurel Pleasanton . San Francisco St Louis Boston Chicago Los Angeles New York Raleigh San Jose , Tampa Buffalo Dallas - Minneapolis Philadelphia Richmond Seattle Washington, DC Wilmington, DE Interior Design Architecture Branding Strategies Workplace Services Information Services 0 NELSON consumers may or may not need a kitchen facility. The consumers meet at a scheduled time to "focus" on that item and provide their opinion. During that time the Corporate Client may or may not use the viewing room provided next to the focus room to view the opinions on their product. The kitchen, room #114, is to be used as a "catering kitchen" in the since that the Corporate Clients pre -prepared food item would be brought into the kitchen, this staging area, and provided to the consumers for their opinion. This type of staging kitchen would not require a KCDPH permit. To clarify we have removed the word "Catering" in keynote #3, sheet TI -2 and replaced it with the word "staging". This is clouded and dated with delta #1. 2. Please see sheet TI -3, #2 First floor elec/com plan for the requested kitchen layout with work tables and appliance locations. This added layout is clouded and dated with a delta #1. 3. No Type I hood or fryers are required for this tenant and will not be installed. A non-commercial hood is to be provided over a non-commercial range and is to be vented to the exterior as per the TI mechanical permit and code requirements. 4. Keynote #7 should not be in the middle of room #113. This has been deleted, clouded and dated with a delta #1. An elevation #3 has been added to sheet TI -2 to clarify keynote #1, as requested. Please see the elevation that is clouded and dated with a delta #1. 5. The viewing room #111 is for the tenant's client to use during the testing / research of their product which is in room #113. The raised platform area allows for additional non -fixed seating in the room. Chairs will be placed approximately 5' apart. Please see the added section detail #10, sheet TI -1, at room #111 that shows the counter tops and raised platform.
