The extinguisher(s) should be of the "All Purpose" (3A, 40B:C) dry chemical type. Travel distance to any fire extinguisher must be 75' or less. (IFC 906.3) (NFPA 10, 5.4) 6: Portable fire extinguishers, not housed in cabinets, shall be installed on the hangers or brackets supplied. The clearance between the floor and the bottom of the installed hand-held extinguishers shall not be less than 4 inches (102 mm). (IFC 906.7 and IFC 906.9) 7: Extinguishers shall be located in conspicuous locations where they will be readily accessible and immediately available for use. These locations shall be along normal paths of travel, unless the fire code official determines that the hazard posed indicates the need for placement away from normal paths of travel. (IFC 906.5) 8: Fire extinguishers require monthly and yearly inspections. They must have a tag or label securely attached that indicates the month and year that the inspection was performed and shall identify the company or person performing the service. Every six years stored pressure extinguishers shall be emptied and subjected to the applicable recharge procedures. If the required monthly and yearly inspections of the fire extinguisher(s) are not accomplished or the inspection tag is not completed, a reputable fire extinguisher service company will be required to conduct these required surveys. T -Mobile is proposing to remove (2) TMZXX-6516-A2M antennas and replace with (2) HBXX-3319DS-A2M antennas and add behind the antennas (1) FRIG RRU, (1) FHFB RRU, and (8) diplexers.The replacement of the two antennas and installation of radios behind antennas does not increase the overall sail area for the T - mobile installation. Per Chapter 34 of the 2012 International Building Code, the gravity and lateral force resisting system of the structure does not require analysis /modification as the demand -capacity ratio with the additional antennas and equipment is no more than 5% and 10% greater respectively than the demand capacity ratio with the additional antennas and equipment ignored. Based on the comparison of the demand capacity ratios, we have determined that the structure under the above stated load case, to be of Sufficient Capacity. This opinion is consistent with the 2012 International Building Code based upon an ultimate 3 -second gust wind speed of 110mph, wind Exposure Category B and a Risk Category II were used in this analysis. If the load differs from that described in the table above, or provisions of this analysis are found to be invalid, another structural analysis should be performed.
