The pile installation was completed on August 2nd and August 3rd, 2017. As depicted on the referenced enhancement plans, 37 -foot long, W12x52 beams were utilized at the design locations. Once drilled and installed to the design depth, the shafts were then filled with lean mix concrete. Placement of the piles, drilled depths, and beam sizes used were in general accordance with the referenced plan sheet and our geotechnical recommendations. In this respect, and based on our observations, the pile installations and related wall enhancement was completed in general accordance with our recommendations. ESNW has reviewed the referenced Wall Enhancement Plan and has provided geotechnical guidance during plan development. Based on our review, the plan is acceptable and consistent with our geotechnical recommendations.
