The reason for this request is there have been difficulties getting a final inspection. The footing and electrical stubs for the clock tower have already been installed. According to the contractor the footings received a partial sign -off on 11/13/2018 (see attachment). Also, apparently the City had questions on the electrical installation (clock mechanism) and the electrical sub has not yet been able to meet with the inspector on-site to review.
