REPEALED BY ORD 251
AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO ZONING ALONG WEST AND SOUTH
BOUNDARIES OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA:
Section 1. This is an ordinance re- zoning an area from South
152nd Street along the Macadam Road for a depth of 300 feet
(east of Macadam Road) thence along State Highway 1L for a
depth of 300 feet(north of Highway 1L) to its junction with
State Highway 5M.
Section 2. Tracts affected by this ordinance will be Tracts
22, 23, 35, 36 Brookvale Garden Tracts; Tracts 11, 12, 28
Interurban Tracts and Valley View 1 through 9.
Section 3. That Du -plex, Tri -plex and Four -plex, single
level dwellings, will be permitted on above described property.
No building shall exceed 3,000 square feet in area.
Section 4. No section of this ordinance shall be construed to
exclude the construction of First Residential homes.
Section 5. Violation of, or failure to comply with, the pro-
visions of this ordinance shall constitute a misdemeanor and
any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating any
provision of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not
more than p300.00 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days,
or both such fine and imprisonment for each provision violated.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, signing and posting as required by law.
PASSED the Town Council and signed by me in authentication
of its passage this 1st day of April 1957.
