AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE FOR WARRANT
INVESTIGATION FOR THE MUNICIPAL COURT AND AMENDING
THE 1982 BUDGET AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1241.
WHEREAS, the City has received to this date $6,387 in un-
anticipated revenue from the investigation of outstanding warrants for
the Municipal Court, and
WHEREAS, funds are running out and it is adviseable to
continue this program.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The 1982 Budget of the City of Tukwila, as adopted by
Ordinance No. 1241 is hereby amended to include the
following:
REVENUE Current Fund
000/351.610 Traffic Forfeitures $750
EXPENDITURES Municipal Court
104/500.12 Salaries and Wages $750
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this day of 1982.
