CITY CAF TUK W1LA WASHINGTON ORDINANCE NO. 1253 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF EIGHT PARCELS OF LAND FROM PUGET WESTERN, INC. AND AMENDING THE 1982 BUDGET AS ADOPTED BY ORDI- NANCE NO. 1241. WHEREAS, the City had planned to purchase eight parcels of land from Puget Western, Inc. in 1981 and was unable to consummate the transactions before December 31, 1981, and WHEREAS, the available purchase funds were not identified within the 1982 adopted budget, and WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council wish to have a correct and accurate budget. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: The 1982 Budget of the City of Tukwila as adopted by Ordinance No. 1241 is hereby amended to include the following: REVENUE Land Acq. Building Dev. Fund 301 272 000 Est. Beginning Unreserved Fund Balance $3,942 EXPENDITURES 301 575 103 63 Park Land Acq.
