ORDINANCE NO. 1252 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED FUNDS FOR THE INTER-
URBAN AVENUE CORRIDOR GEOMETRIC PLAN I -5 TO 405
AND AMENDING THE 1982 BUDGET AS ADOPTED BY ORDI-
NANCE NO. 1241.
WHEREAS, the City had planned to expend these funds in 1981
and was unable to complete the bid and subsequent work before December
31, 1981, and
WHEREAS, the revenue for this project is budgeted in the
adopted 1982 budget in the Current Fund, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, wish to have a correct and accurate budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The 1982 budget of the City of Tukwila as adopted by
Ordinance No. 1241 is hereby amended to include the
following:
REVENUE
Street Fund -103 333 142 Interurban Corridor $20,810
Current Fund -000 272 00 Est. Begin. Unreserved
Fund Balance $20,810
Current Fund -000 333 142 Interurban Corridor [$20,810]
EXPENDITURES

Geometric Plan I -5
to 405
