ORDINANCE NO. 1250 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
ADOPTING THE 1981 EDITION OF THE STANDARD
SPECIFICATIONS FOR MUNICIPAL PUBLIC WORKS CON-
STRUCTION AS THE CODE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1093.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Standard Specifications for Municipal
Public Works Construction prepared by the Washington State Chapter of
American Public Works Association, published in 1981, is hereby adopted
as the Code of the City of Tukwila, Washington, for regulating the con-
struction and maintenance of public works, including streets, sanitary
sewers, storm sewers, water distribution, structures and other public
works.
Section 2. That not less than three (3) copies of said
Standard Specifications have been and shall hereafter remain on file
for use in examination by the public in the Public Works Department.
Section 3.. Ordinance No. 1093 is hereby amended as shown.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 6th day of April 1982.
