Y' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, EXTENDING THE INTERIM FINANCE PERIOD AND CHANGING THE INTEREST RATE FOR LID #30 AS SET BY ORDINANCE NO. 1176. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1169, adopted the 7th day of July, 1980, authorized the issuance of LID 30 revenue warrants, and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1176, adopted the 2nd day of September, 1980, designated First Interstate Bank of Washington as the lending institution for interim financing through January 31, 1982, and WHEREAS, due to the necessity of extending the construction period, it i,s advisable to extend the interim finance period set by Ordinance No. 1176. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: The interim finance period is hereby extended for 4months starting February 1, 1982 to May 31, 1982 w_itb the interest rate set at 12.38% on all LID #30 revenue warrants being held by First Interstate Bank of Washington, which are issued on or after February 1, 1982. PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a regular meeting thereof this day of �cC� 1982.
