This permit has the correct scope at a cost of 2,000$ which is what is posted on this permit, scope is add/alter 6, 480v circuits. For machine and rooftop exhaust. If there are any additional charges please let us know. But since this was the scope written when purchasing this permit I don't see a cost change happening. Just for reiteration purposes the first permit EL17-0538 was for adding/altering 1, 3ph circuit, full scope was not inplemented correctly on this permit and no inspections were done on this permit. 2nd permit EL17-0589 was adding/altering 6 circuits for the same system as above it's just a more defined and correct scope, with pricing attached.
