ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE 1981 BUDGET ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 1197 TO TRANSFER FUNDS TO REIMBURSE THE
LAND ACQUISITION, BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT FUND.
WHEREAS, it was necessary to borrow money from the Land Acquisition
Building and Development Fund to repair the deteriorated Foster Golf
Course Bridge, and
WHEREAS, it is advisable to reimburse the 301 account to its
proper level.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The 1981 budget adopted by Ordinance No. 1197 is hereby
amended to reflect the following:
FROM:
101 533 50 38 Repair Golf Course Bridge $55,000
(Golf Course Special Rev.)
TO:
301 533 50 38 Repair and Maintenance $55,000
(Land Acq. Bldg. Dev.)
