ORDINANCE NO. 9
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE 1981 BUDGET AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 1197 TO APPROPRIATE UNANTICIPATED REVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila increased the Foster Golf Course
Green Fees by Ordinances No. 1203 and No. 1208 and revenues are higher
than anticipated, and
WHEREAS, the 1981 Golf Course Special Revenue "Beginning Fund
Balance" was larger than anticipated, and
WHEREAS, the 1981 Golf Course Special Revenue "Investment Interest"
revenues are larger than anticipated, and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 774 declared the partial collapse of the
Foster Golf Course Bridge an emergency, and
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized a reimbursable expenditure
of $55,000 from the Land Acquisition, Building and Development Fund to
make immediate repairs.to the Foster Golf Course Bridge.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The 1981 annual budget of the City of Tukwila, as adopted by
Ordinance No. 1197 is hereby amended to include the following:
REVENUE
101 301 00 00 Beginning Fund Balance 57,500 to 78,813
101 343 00 00 Golf Course Fees $208,500 to $242,098
101 361 00 00 Investment Interest 3,000 to 15,556
INCREASES TO THESE LINE ITEM TOTALS 67,467
EXPENDITURES
101 533 50 31 Professional Services- -1 Firm $135,800 to $148,267
101 533 50 38 Repair Golf Course Bridge 17,000 to 72,000
INCREASES TO THESE LINE ITEM TOTALS 67,467
