ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUK!JILA, WASHINGTON,
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE FOR MUNICIPAL
COURT EXPENSES AND AMENDING THE 1981 BUDGET AS
ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1197.
WHEREAS, the City has received more revenue from traffic for-
feitures than was originally estimated, and
WHEREAS, because of additional expenses the Municipal Court
Budget, without appropriations, will be over spent by the end of 1981.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The 1981 Budget of the City of Tukwila, as adopted by
Ordinance No. 1197, is hereby amended to include the
following:
REVENUE Current Fund
000/351.22 Traffic Forfeitures $7,000
EXPENDITURES Municipal Court
004/512.50.11 Salaries and Wages $7,000
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
