PERMIT CONDITIONS: 1: The attached set of mechanical plans have been reviewed by The Tukwila Fire Marshals Office and are acceptable with the following concerns: 2: H.V.A.C. units rated at greater than 2,000 cfm require auto -shutdown devices. These devices shall be separately zoned in the alarm panel and local U.L. central station supervision is required. (City Ordinance #2437) 3: H.V.A.C. systems supplying air in excess of 2,000 cubic feet per minute to enclosed spaces within buildings shall be equipped with an automatic shutoff.
