May 10, 2017 Dan Lee Odin Brewery 402 Baker Boulevard Tukwila, WA 98188 Re: Cold Room Anchorage Dan, E, We have reviewed the anchorage and support of the cold storage room installed at the Odin Brewery. It is our understanding from information that you have provided us that the cold storage room weighs 7,650 lbs and is 36' long x 34' wide x 12'-6" tall. The cold room is attached to the existing floor slab with 5/8" diameter expansion anchors at 4'-0" OC. The attached calculations verify the capacity of the existing structure to support the cold storage room and the seismic anchorage. Please let us know if you have any questions.
